WebCam Looker 2.8 is a simple and powerful video editor which actively works with your webcam. It lets you capture images from that webcam (or from various webcams) and also from TV signals, video or digital cameras, processing those images and letting you pass them from the PC to the Internet or even to a mobile phone.



It lets you record your favourite TV programs, take daily photos or program a task calendar, add text to your images, time tags, or increase the size of or rotate your photos.



For the webcam images you`ll get you can configure and adjust the speed at which you want to file the resulting video.
